Food unfortunately in the lower mid-range, service not customer-oriented, establishment stopped somewhere in the 80s. That would be about 2-3 stars - but what bothers me the most, no card payment possible! Unfortunately, there was no indication of this either, so I only noticed it when I was on the bill. So without cash I go straight to the savings bank next door. She then added a fee of € 5 for foreign cash withdrawals. Excellent! In the 21st century including a pandemic, where I now pay with my mobile phone, refusing to pay by card - a no-go.

You sit nicely and centrally on the romantic market square. The regional cuisine is good, the service friendly!

Very good and cheap accommodation. Pretty, well-furnished room. Clean, tidy and big enough. Fluffy bed linen and comfortable mattresses. Breakfast delicious and sufficient. Bicycles can be safely parked in a garage. We can only recommend it.

If you are coming to stay in an expensively decorated room stay somewhere else. If you want a great location, an accomodating staff and a clean, comfortable place to stay in the courtyard of a castle then this is the place! We enjoyed our stay here. The decor was older but our room was clean, comparatively inexpensive and the owner was very welcoming, offering us drinks even though the kitchen was closed. They had a breakfast of breads, meats, cheeses, fruit and yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, milk, coffee and tea. The location was great, right in the courtyard of a castle which was lovely to see. It was the perfect spot to start our morning drive on the Romantic Road. We had a lovely drive to Rothenburg from here. We would definitely stay here again.

Chaotic, partly unfriendly service, the coffee was only 15 minutes. after the cake - not a word of regret. Then the hammer: € 7.00 for once whipped cream to the cake! So take care and check the bill. Well, you do not have to work on such places ... too bad, but only a star.

The breakfast as well as the dinner menu could be more extensive. The people were friendly, our room (# 16) we really liked: quite large and above all with a great view from the second floor over the beautiful market square.

Had in the afternoon warm main courses with salad and drink, price performance fits here super! Service was very friendly and fast, despite the full outdoor area. We were completely satisfied and will be back!

Just terrible. Atmosphere was morbid. Decor from the 70s. Staff were much older. Food was poorly cooked and presented. Prices were excessive. No credit card.

A really great boss. A sympathetic boss. Great cake, of course homemade. Good food for a very good price. And good service staff! !!! Really good. A visit will not disappoint !!!
